Toby’s Dream Foundation would like to thank Mia Fabrizio (pictured bottom row, fifth from left), a student at Princess Anne High School, for raising over $1,200 from her recent Women’s Self Defense classes. Mia coordinated attendees for each session, led by Leta Krieger, a veteran Virginia Beach police officer.
