Toby’s Dream Foundation was recently featured on WTKR Positively Hampton Roads. A broadcast that focuses on influencing people and businesses in our community. Joan Steele, Executive Director of Toby’s Dream Foundation stated that over 650 children with life threatening illnesses have been referred to our organization since its creation 16 years ago.
