Mabel Grace, 2, was referred to Toby’s Dream Foundation by a rush request from Portsmouth Naval Hospital. Mabel Grace’s family had been stationed out of the country when they noticed a decline in her motor and cognitive functions. They immediately came back to the US to discover that their sweet little girl had a very rare genetic disease. Mabel Grace only had a little bit of time left.
Toby’s Dream Foundation came in to deliver a heartfelt hug and an opportunity to create a memorable family trip to Disney World. Arrangements were quickly made, and sweet Mabel Grace and her family were on their way to their dream trip to Disney World to create memories to last for a lifetime.
